Certified as a "Living Heritage Company," Poterie Not crafts clay from the Southwest of France using traditional artisanal techniques. 

 Located in Mas-Saintes-Puelles, a small village in the Canton of Castelnaudary, this region was once a hub of pottery activity during the 19th century. However, by 1999, the last remnants of this craftsmanship disappeared from Castelnaudary.

The Not pottery thus became the only one to have preserved its artisanal activity, maintaining the production of traditional items while staying true to their ancestral craftsmanship and embracing innovation.
